They finally got to the safe haven. Fortunately, Newt survived and Teresa survived. Thomas starts acting stranger and more distant every day. He gets some memories back from before the maze and remembers about the supernatural. It's even scarier - what he's going through - because he recognizes everything that happens. There's a voice, whispered riddles. Whispers by the same, old, rusty voice. Thomas doesn't tell anyone. He tried to, but something stopped him from talking. 
The nogitsune is in control again. And he will make everyone suffer for it.

The blonde is stuck in a coma, and Thomas wants nothing more than for him to wake up. He spends nearly all his time there, praying that his Newt would just shucking wake up already. What happens when Thomas needs to actually start helping out? How much had Newt's coma ruined the boy, and how much had Thomas missed? When will Thomas figure out his feelings for the boy, his world?

What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...)
