Everybody listened quietly, for if you did not hear your name and weren't chosen into a position into the pack already; you would officially be an omega; dead meat. "This gentleman..." Upon hearing those words, Laylon gave up for good. Not only did she not get into the pack, she now had to figure out what she was going to do. She looked at her mom across the room, tears swelling in her eyes. Her mom nodded with a frown, a signal to leave, so they both headed toward the exit. What would she do now? She didn't get not one position into the werewolf pack. The crowd cheered for the gentleman who made Alpha. But suddenly, Laylon couldn't take it anymore. She was very disappointed in herself. People told her that when something great falls apart, something better comes along. Utter bull crap! Laylon though as she pushed open the door. "Folks..there seems to be a minor problem."
