A dark figure was running the streets of Bronx, New York. Apparently a certain Shuichi Saihara was living in an apartment complex there. Unfortunately, he had a skull as hard as a metal door, and to even think of living in one of the most dangerous places in New York was utterly foolish. Crimes happened every day, every night... it was practically an occurrence that happened daily. Despite this, Shuichi didn't notice or even mind one bit. His brain was completely dead. He had the brain of what would've been an inbreed of a dog and a cockroach, and that definitely isn't something he should be proud of.
But what would happen...
If one day one of those crimes happened to shuichi?
