They bumped into each-other on the first day back from summer break. This story continues America chasing England to talk to him about what happened over the years he went missing. They even taunted each-other in the hall, playing tricks, and things like that. Obviously England had new friends and he knew that his friends wouldn't enjoy America so he pushed him away.
