Liam is Giselle's fiancé and overall an outstanding person. Steadfastly strong and courageously chivalrous, with a capability to induce virile swooning, he is everything that Giselle has ever wanted in a man.
Then one day, they get swept into an exciting new place that is nothing like Giselle's staid, conventional life back home. It is a refreshing, much-needed breath of fresh air for Giselle - at least at first.
With secrets lurking in the least expected places, danger abounds. Giselle is faced with a hard choice: leaving behind her old-fashioned home and family and finally being free, or succumbing to the menacing perils of this strange world.
Not much of a choice, is it? Well, at least she has Liam by her side, supporting her no matter what.
