The year is 2054, and the world has become reliant on an international healthcare and science corporation known as The Sempiternal Institute since the evolution of superhuman Abilities around 20 years ago. 

The current owner is a man called Micah Fernsby, a single father who is devoted to keeping his father's company running, ruling the world and exploring a new horizon of medicine and healthcare breakthroughs. He is adored by the world, seen as a larger than life figure, a role model and a father to the hopeless. 

However, under the surface, this charming and kind-hearted man has a secret. A hidden labyrinth of unethical experimentation, testing the very limit of human life, and trying, ever striving, to make perfection.

Micah has kept it under wraps for almost 5 years now, but what happens when cracks start to form in the foundations?

Once you get a taste of power, you can't go back - My Deceiving Eyes is heavily inspired by the song Brutus by Buttress. The IMF will stop at nothing to get the answers even if the rest of the organisation has been disavowed, having had Ghost Protocol initiated. But that begs the question, can a certain analyst aid them in their efforts? Or is he too, hiding something which goes deeper than anyone initially thought? Join Miles and the rest (or remaining) members of the IMF as they travel the world to stop a nuclear explosion from damaging humanity... I put my bag down and went straight into the shower. I didn't spend a long time inside cause I was very tired and wanted to sleep. I froze in fear for a few seconds and stopped moving. I suppose he let his guard down since I stopped struggling, so I took this chance and flipped us over. It was now my turn to be on top and somehow succeeded to untie myself. I was lucky he didn't have time to fully tie me yet, so it was kind of easy. It was dark, so I couldn't see his face, but I still put my hands around his throat and started to strangle him a bit. 'W-Who are you and w-what do y-you want?' I asked trying to hide my fear that I miserably failed. '...' He still didn't respond, I was starting to loose control on myself. His silence was killing me and I started to shake in fear. Then he spoke and caught all my attention: 'You're so cute when you're afraid pet.' I froze, I recognized this voice and my fear turned to be true. All the struggling to escape, to disappear, to forget about him now came back in an instant. I was now trembling constantly losing all control of my body, my hand lets go of the man throat and all I could do was shakily say: 'Dimitri...' THIS IS A BOYXBOY STORY, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!
