In a world with advanced science, there has been a way to manipulate human DNA to create a species with a humanoid figure but supernatural abilities and unusual features. If they were to go insane, they would be placed in a mental facility to rehabilitate with new medications to tame them. A human girl plans to eliminate all failed monsters to regain peace in the world but it all changes when she meets a failed monster.
