Hawkins, Indiana had been the home of Darlene Henderson for only a handful of years. That's where she started high school. It's where her brother learned to ride a bike. It's where her parents divorced. It's also where she met Steve Harrington, the object of her affection. Too bad he has eyes for someone else.
