Clay is popular boy in school and your brother's best friend. George lives the absolute perfect life and doesn't know anything about problems. He thinks everyone is complaining until he finds his sibling who overdosed and then figures out Clay suffers too. He has no idea how to cope with it, but decides to do anything he can to be a better friend and brother. But then the worst thing happens... just as Clay gets diagnosed with blood cancer, George gets diagnosed for the second time with bone cancer. Clay's fear is so big that he doesn't know how to go on and George doesn't know if he can fight this battle a second time... Warnings: -Cancer (bone cancer (relapse)/blood cancer) -Suicidal thoughts/suicide attempt (short) -Bullying (only once in the end) -Throwing up (skippable) -Chemotherapy -Amputation ⚠️ Clay has emetophobia in this story and for all the people with this same phobia, I added a trigger for mentions/talk about throwing up/nausea, a trigger for nausea and one for throwing up.
