It was a new apple watch. That's what I've always wanted. My world was about to change forever. In the beginning, I didn't think anything of it. The apple watch was good for controlling my life. You can enter appointments, set timers, track your health and much more. I got control over my life. That was actually quite a good feeling. But it got out of control. Every day I had to achieve the goals of the apps. Such as getting over 10,000 steps a day, track the calories and burn everything I ate. After a short time, I loved the control and became addicted. If I hadn't achieved any of the goals, I was frustrated and disappointed in myself. I realized how much the control took over my life. It got so hard that I thought it was impossible for me to break away from this control. But I'm happy that I've overcome this. An apple watch is a nice thing but take care of yourself and don't let these things take control over you.Todos los derechos reservados
