Have you ever felt like an freak in your own home? In your own home town?
Well I do. 

I guess I should really explain. 

Where I'm from, we are people with different powers or supernatural powers. You can get werewolves, vampires, shape shifters even people who breath out fire. We have many different people with different powers. 

My mum has multiple arms, my dad has all the powers and supernatural powers on the island and my brother can run, jog, walk faster then a cheeter.  

But me? I have nothing. I was born normal. 

My mum used to say that I was special, one of a kind

But I know that there Is something wrong with me to make me like this. 

And even if I have to go through love, hurt, heartbreak, sadness and anger, I will find out.

I remember my mom telling me how mates are supposed to love and protect one another. I also remember her telling me that if my mate truly loved me, then he wouldn't care if I could half shift. There only a handful of us that can half shift and we are looked at, as true monsters that parents tell their kids before they go to bed.
