This is a second view point from my original story - A Different Virus - Heartfire. I highly advise reading the original book first. Intro: Laura was a happy child without a care in the world. She loved her parents and life was perfect. Nothing seemed like it could go wrong. People started talking about a bad flu that was spreading and sending some into a coma. Her parents grew worried and stocked the house in case of a pandemic. Months later another virus appeared. Her family was shocked when the news people started reporting that zombies were actually real and not just part of a horror movie. They were appearing in every country. Her parents reassured her that none of the zombie sightings had been anywhere close to them. Her life is turned upside down when her father ends up in hospital with the bad flu and mother exiles her upstairs for her safety. She was never allowed downstairs again. Weeks pass and the streets become deserted with the exception of the red eyed zombies that wandered around. One night she notices a swiftly moving figure with glowing blue eyes in the street below. Should she call out or remain silent? Is this fleeting shadow something that can help her or could this mysterious figure be even more dangerous than the zombies themselves? ---------------------- Ranked #1 Apr 10, 2018 (A huge thank you to all who read and voted!) A/N I am currently editing and rewiring this a little because their are some grammar mistakes and parts of the story that can be explained and written better. I wrote this a long time ago, when I just started writing and exploring different writing styles. I'm a little more experienced now and feel I can do this story justice now. So anyway, please check it out and support your girl💜 Thank you for even considering my story & I hope you enjoy it💜 *This story was started in November of 2015 and was finished March of 2016. ▪️▪️▪️◾◾◾▪️▪️▪️◾◾◾▪️▪️▪️ "You remind me so much of Spinner. So I can't help but think meeting you had something to do with my big brother..." She confessed. "You really believe in that kind of stuff?" I asked surprised. "Are you kidding? Of course.. Don't you?" "I don't know.. I mean, does heaven or hell really exist?" "I believe it does. I mean, there has to be someplace peaceful that we go to after our time is up" she said. "I guess everyone needs something to believe in" "I believe in you" she barley whispered. I'd like to deny it.. But I can't. That literally made my heart skip a beat. I lightly caressed her chin with my thumb and stared into her eyes. "I believe in you to" I don't know, maybe she's right.. Maybe there is a heaven.. A "Beauty and the Beast" retelling. Once upon a time, there was a boy in love with a Lilly. Not a flower, but a girl. It all started one beautiful autumn day. One autumn day that would change the boy's life forever. For on this day, he met Lilly, a beautiful girl with an ugly secret. A secret that threatens to destroy her if she cannot find a way to break the curse forced upon her. Filled with secrets, lies, and love, this short story captures the essence of the original fairy tale with an entirely new twist. ~~~ "Hello, my name is Lilly. What's yours? Is that your mother? I only just came to live here with Ivy, and I don't know many people that come to visit her yet. Do you come often? If you do, we could be friends! Would you like that? To be friends? Why, don't you speak at all? And you should really close your mouth; it is impolite to stare like that." Ivy called out to her from the doorway of the cottage. "Lilly, if you want him to speak, you must first cease speaking." Both of the women were laughing at the children, and Lilly blushed at the comment. "Sorry! I just haven't seen anyone my age yet, and I got excited, which happens rather easily. It reminds me a bit of puppies I've read about that just get so excited that they- oops. I'm doing it again. Sorry," she said with a shy smile. Adam, who had been standing there staring, just as she had pointed out, finally found his voice long enough to tell her his name. She beamed at him, saying that they would be great friends. She seized his hand and began tugging him toward the woods behind the cottage, shouting to Ivy and his mother, "We won't go far! Be back soon!" ~~~

The last thing that Juliana Jackson remembered of that night, was glass shatterin' around her. From the windshield of the SUV, to the windows on every side of her... it didn't matter. The last things that she saw that night, that were able to make sense for her in any way, were a pair of dark brown animalistic eyes... and broken glass. 《Book 1》 Juliana Jackson is a member of the Quilete Tribe and she has lived in La Push her entire life. She was never one to really and truly believe in the legends of the Quilete, but she had never outright and totally disregarded them either. When her best friend since birth Paul Lahote suddenly stops speaking to her, starts avoiding her, it's worse than she could imagine, because he couldn't have possibly picked a worse time to do so. After going on an ill-advised trip along with her family into the mountains, they were attacked by something. Juliana could have sworn she heard a lot of hissing, as well as some howling that same night. But after she wakes up from the accident. All she feels is panic, grief and agony over the fact that her family is the one thing that she doesn't have anymore. But Juliana wasn't so sure about his so-called worse 'anger issues', having seen some of his original fits and being the only one to successfully calm him down without getting hit. The world goes to complete hell in a handbasket, naturally, when she finds out that she was not who she always thought that she was all along. {After Twilight, Pre-during New Moon} [Books and Movies] [I own nothing except for Juliana and some of the plotlines that might only apply to her, and were not featured either in the movie saga, or the book series] Started: 10/09/2020 Finished: 10/26/2020

This is actually my first time making a story. Every criticism helps. The story later on will start to make less sense as it goes on, but hey! My story, my lore. By the way, there are some...lewdness and "romance" as the story goes on as well, I regret my life. Anyways, hope you enjoy and...yeah! This is actually originally set for me and my cousin, I made him obsessed with stories and he made me obsessed in writing. Karma comes fast. By the way, some parts are references or inspired by games, movies, or other books I've read. I'm not stealing other people's stuff, that's stealing and I do not condone such acts. Anyways, enjoy! (Update: I just received an amazing cover for...this book of mine. I do not deserve such artistic/editing talent such as this. Needless to say, the person who did this has my upmost gratitude. Unfortunately, all thanks I can do is a tribute character and a thanks in the description. Her name is "Camille" from what I've heard. Such an underrated editor/artist. I do not know her social media account, so this is a waste of time, but...still, thank you) (To those who has an attention span of an eagle, I have to discontinue both of my dead ahead books for: Reason 1: The plot is starting to sound a bit stupid, then again, I was a rookie on story making at the time. Reason 2: It doesn't align with the canonical chapters that started when Ray was at Japan. Reason 3: I'm thinking of remaking this though, with a better plot this time. Stay tuned, I guess. I will mark both books as completed, but make no mistake, it ends at a cliffhanger like every walking dead episodes after Negan.)

This is back up! I never got around to editing it because I didn't have the time like I thought I would. Enjoy this and the sequel. Isabelle was jolted awake out of her nightmare quite suddenly. Dazed, she tried to look around but found that her head was held firmly to the pillow under her. Cloth covered her mouth and nose, a sickly sweet smell enveloping her senses. Her mind began getting hazy. Chloroform, her mind whispered almost silently. Her vision began tunneling, and she weakly looked up into a pair of icy blue eyes. She stared into those eyes as she was pulled deeply and forcefully into oblivion. Isabelle is a smart girl and not really the girly type unless going out. You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. Will she be able to escape or will she fall in love with her hot and charming kidnapper that she wants nothing to do with? Or will she stay with him and eventually fall in love? --- THIS IS A DRAFT. And I was 15 when I first started writing it so there are many mistakes. Please don't judge too harshly. WARNING: CONTAINS SOME SCENES OF SEXUAL AND MATURE CONTENT ALSO, MANY MISTAKES! SOME THINGS I'VE WRITTEN I FORGOT TO PUT BACK IN THE STORY SO THIS NEEDS TO BE HEAVILY EDITED. Sequel is called Unwinding Fate
