These poems are meant to provide inspiration, especially when going through difficult times.  The title of the book comes from Isaiah 40:31 "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.  They will soar on wings like eagles.  They will run and not grow weary.  They will walk and not be faint."  Many of these poems are based on Biblical principles and/or restorative justice principles.
