The past, it leaves you shaking, yearning for something, you can never have. I share a little bit of my experience, memories, of something which seems to be non existent. I write of what is unfair, the fate and where it leads us, it is pretty cruel. The story? It is upto you to frame.

This story is set in 1948, three years after World War II ended. It was a time where people reformed their lives: they began to hope again, live life in more fulfilling ways, but most importantly they relearned how to love. Finding love and keeping it was so much easier to do in society now that the horrors of war were over. As love flourishes in a time where people long for it, there shouldn't be any problems. But what if the one you want doesn't love you? Or what if the one that was made for you is not the one you love? If fate was so unkind and forced you to choose, who will it be?
