Twelve year old Madison Ziegler was an average dancer in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. She was fine and dandy until she noticed her pupils have filled in her blue color, and shes had strange dreams and unusual attitude. Maddie knew something was wrong, and she thinks it was her father. Her mom killed herself, and her father vanished. Maddie, Mackenzie, and their step-brother Tyler all live with their Grandmother now. Maddie knows the story, family tradition says at 13 you need three gifts and the blood of what you will be for the rest of your life. If you take tiger blood, you will be a tiger, so on and so forth. No one ever dared to take another species but human, but Maddie is thinking otherwise. Maddie Ziegler wants to take the risk, and she will do whatever it takes.
