In this work I am going to take you to my journey hopefully achieving that whilst encountering interesting dreams- which will be put into short stories.

Preface Sometimes, our dreams represent what we went through during the day. Some might argue that it is our brains way of filing all the new information every night from the twelve hours spent prior to sleeping. Sleep would be something that if we didn't experience it every day, something incredibly terrifying. Our body shuts off, processing and storing, like a machine. Our dreams are something that are mostly insignificant. But with some people, they mean something and tell us something, perhaps even warn us. My name is Lucille Cutter but I'm usually called Lucy. I am what is known as a lucid dreamer, lucid dreaming is where the person dreaming is aware they are dreaming and can exert some form of control over the dream. In my dreams I can control some things but my dreams are different... They hurt me.
