The day Nate Novarro knew how much he loved Alex Suarez, was when he got a call from the hospital.
When Nate gets a sudden call from the hospital in the morning, he drops everything to get there. Rushing into the hospital room, he sees a boy on the hospital bed. It's hard to tell, but it's Alex laying there. Nate realizes how much Alex needs him in that moment, but the truth is, Nate needs Alex just as much he needs him.
