Deep below the ocean surface lies a cavern, and inside the cavern sits a stunning city unknown to the humans above. Life is less modern than what we have today, the lower sectors are always in danger of collapsing. When a new creature enters the city, the poor are endangered gravely. The worst part is that the king does nothing to stop the newcomers from creating carnage and chaos in the low circles. Two people notice this and urge others to join them in fighting back. One, a family man, works to write letters to the king and to spark protests. But the other takes a more direct route, the outlaw decides to fight back against the government and the newcomers. Will these two meet up and coordinate a rebellion, or will they stay unaware of each other and their opposing solutions?
