Not only does Gwen have to deal with Peter's death, attending Columbia University, and having to be Spider Women, but it's not all gloom as Gwen in college makes a new friend and also get some help when being Spider Women.
This also a The Amazing Spider Man 2 AU, where Peter died instead of Gwen.
