I never saw my life going this way but here I am running for my life and my children's. This was the last bus stop, and I had a choice to make. I hope that I would not make the wrong one. He could find us at any moment and I imagine him dragging me all the way back by my hair. I didn't know who to trust but sometimes you just have to take a leap. Have you ever had that moment, when you thought life was normal? You and your family were happy but in the next moment. It turns into Hell! That's how my day went when my family died in front of me. We were on our ship and I had played a prank on one of the crew members. My father disciplined me, and I was stuck in my room. The next moment, our ship was stuck in the middle of a sea storm. The ship was heading straight into a sea of rocks, and the mast was on fire. My father, yelled, "Get off the ship! Clara, Run!" That's what I did. But now I am stuck on this land, mystery coursing through it. I was stuck, and I had no one to help me. I was now on my own. An 18-year-old girl, named Clara. Was now stuck. Until I found him, and I don't how but I did. He saved me from these creatures. And now we are stuck on this island together. We both have to some how to survive all of these things on this island. He is the Man in the Wilderness!

The exit door lead to the back of the building so it was pitch black. I leaned against the wall trying to control myself. Blood was running down my arm and head. My hair was stuck to my face from all the sweat and blood. Everything was spinning around me and the ground seemed like it was shaking. Groaning I sat down and put my head on my knees. He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. Maybe I should just let it happen. Maybe I was destined to die alone as a no one. With that I let the darkness consume me.
