catharsis | ongoing

Catharsis (noun) : /kəˈθɑːsɪs/ ; the process of releasing, and thereby providing relief from, strong or repressed emotions.
We all have our own escapes.
Escapes from this dark, dreary world which gets too suffocating sometimes. Whenever we are in desperate need of a release from these terrible, predatory emotions and securities; we turn to do whatever we enjoy doing the most.
The one thing that makes us feel untroubled and contended.
For me, it has always been writing poems. Weaving my feelings into words is a challenge; a challenge I enjoy and want to pursue whole-heartedly for my entire life.
So come along with me in the journey of healing, through the process of catharsis.
