Corruption, poverty and human rights issues are three of the major social issues faced by the Philippines. The plot revolves around Hannah, an enigmatic woman who transfers to different towns in the Philippines and exposes the neighbors and the government stories of lies to provoke others. She is revealed to be an immortal entity, punishing wrongdoers for their crimes and misdeeds. Each town have secrets to hide but that didn't stop Hannah from exposing them and serve the best revenge which is "Karma". She disguises herself as a next-door neighbor or a member of the government service in order for her to enact her plans and execute it. Despite of her title, she is also addicted to fashion and loves shiny things. Until one day, he met a man that is opposite to her and his name is Kent. He is kind,humble and poor. At first, they are sworn strangers and enemies to each other because of their differences. As time pass by, they noticed that they have feelings and decided to make him like her. Will this change the life of Hannah? Or she will become mortal just like Kent and give up her own duty?
