"You again," He arched his eyebrows in a smug look. I wished I could wipe them off.
"Are you stalking me?" I feigned pretense.
"I should be asking you that," He narrowed his eyes at me.
"My phone," I demanded. "Nope," He smiled.
"You told me you'd give me today," I gritted my teeth, as he played with his pen to exasperate me.
"Did I?" He pointed out, feigning innocence. I took out the note from my backpack and gave it to him.
"Oh, so you couldn't stop thinking about me, that you had to keep the note in your backpack," He mocked me still keeping that smug look on his face.
"It just happened to be there," I replied defensively, without an idea of what to say next. He glanced through the paper and smiled.
"Hey, the two of you stop with your chitchat or else I'll send you out of my class," The chemistry teacher spat in angrily, her tone laced with warning.
"I really pity those at the front, they must be drenched by her saliva by now," Cole adamantly whispered.
"COLE ADAMS, GET OUT OF MY CLASS THIS MINUTE!"
Oops!
Being a teenager is tough, and that's before you factor in the boys, jealous exes and developmental issues.

"Hello? Who is this?" I asked.
Silence replied my question.
"Hello? Is anyone there?" I was about to hang up but then a quiet whisper came through the other end of the line.
"Stay away from him."
"What? who? Who is this?" Fear started to creep into my voice.
"Just stay away, I don't want to have to do something drastic." Their voice was cold, sending shivers down my spine.
"Who is this? Who do you want me to stay away from?" The other end was silent. "Hello?" I heard two consecutive beeps then looked at my phone; the call had disappeared, almost as if it had never happened.
