Theodora Drakos has only had one dream growing up; to stand on a race car podium. It had all started when she watched her father spray champagne on his own podium, at the time all she wanted was to share that moment with him, to be like him. Now, all she wanted was to one-up him.

Formula 1 is the elite of the elite and had never been a possibility for her. Women had hardly even made it into Formula 2 or 3, both feeder series into the elusive Formula 1.

However, she somehow secured a Formula 2 seat for the back half of the 2019 series. Accepting that her situation is a mixture of luck, talent, and raw stubbornness, she's still determined to prove herself to the big boys running the show in Formula 1. Born and raised on the racetrack, she understands the politics, what she didn't anticipate was everything else.

Formula 1 isn't just about politics, it's about mind games, social status, and learning to deal with friendly competitors who are actually your cutthroat enemies. Theodora has never had an issue with the mind games of racing, but now she's thrown into a dynamic of people who are her enemies, but also the only people who know the struggles. They'll celebrate her triumphs, but also dance in the flames of her mistakes.

Her entire life all she wanted was to one-up her father, but now she's faced with decisions she never thought she'd face. Battling for podiums is one thing, but figuring out what her heart wants? That's entirely another.
