When Brooke Adams hears of an upcoming surfing competition taking place but minutes from her home on the island of Oahu, she sees no choice but to enter. The winner of the competition is given a grand money prize, which could pave Brooke's way towards her dream college in Malibu. As one of the best young surfer's Hawaii has seen in years, she's determined to win.
It all seems plausible until the school-renowned player, Sean Parker, bombards his way into Brooke's life. He's charming, witty, gorgeous and treats girl's with blatant disrespect; a person Brooke has always wanted to stay away from.
