MINDSLIP is the catastrophe which hits the Earth at 8.15am GMT next Wednesday morning. It began six hundred and fifty years earlier when Betelgeuse fulfilled its long-held prophecy to turn supernova. The radiation, gamma rays and gravitational waves hit the Earth at the same time as a coronal mass ejection. The combined bombardment causes all creatures on the Earth to swap minds, leaving people in animals, animals in people, men in women and children in adults. The nightmare which follows becomes a social and economic catastrophe. Geoffrey Arnold becomes a key figure in the government catastrophe committee, formed to resolve the myriad issues raised by MINDSLIP. Power generation, the health service, farming, pay, pensions, education, the banking system and asset ownership spiral into chaos. In addition, Geoffrey must save his wife from an imminent premature death brought on by one of the MINDSLIP effects. MINDSLIP is a realistic, frightening and sometimes amusing work of imagination which explores how people and families react to the world being changed beyond recognition. Note: MINDSLIP had been acquired by a publisher who, regrettably, has now folded. Rather than put the original version up on Wattpad, I have decided to give it a considerable edit. Skylands. A wonderous world filled with magic and adventure. An endless expanse of clouds and fantastic floating islands. At the center of the world sits the Core of Light, which keeps darkness at bay and peace within Skylands. Only when the Core of Light fails to function, darkness creeps in to engulf Skylands. In Skylands, countless minions of the darkness and the Dark Portal Master himself, Kaos, battle for control against the Skylanders, guardians of the sky world. Most of the time, Master Eon and the Skylanders are able to maintain peace, but Kaos is always looking for ways to enact his devious plans. This time, Chef Pepper Jack has got his hands on the Book of Dark Magic, thanks to Kaos. With this powerful spell book, he can use it to turn the Reformed Villains back to the way they were, turning them back to evil so he and the rest of the Doom Raiders can do some evil things, like rampaging and terrorizing Skylands. But Chef Pepper Jack's plans backfire! The portals start erupting one by one, and soon create a huge space explosion, so powerful that it causes a rift between dimensions! The rift starts pulling in entities from all corners of space, including things that don't belong... And with it, the Portal Masters from Earth are suddenly transported into Skylands! As for the Reformed Villains and the Skylanders, their adventure with the Portal Masters has begun!

Four has always loved the idea of revival but never got the hang of it. Despite this, the integer, along with their pal X, starts a game show with 64 competitors taking part. All is well until a problem occurs. The objects start to complain about their hunger, which has never been a problem for algebraliens like Four. And so, these objects are stranded in an unfamiliar land, one without food, one without family, one without rules. In this land of zero contact, objects begin to starve, objects begin to go insane. Maybe it is up to a brave few objects to try to take control and limit the deaths and cannibalism. However, will they use their power for good? Or will they abuse it to the point of no return? And as for those other objects... They're hungry. And they'll do anything it takes to survive.
