Lilly, of San Marcos, California, has been an abused child all her life. Her biological father saw to that. And it only seemed to pick up more after her mother died. But Lilly is different from most girls. She has a coping mechanism that most people aren't accustomed to in order to deal with her trauma. She's a little. Her father attempted to send her to therapy and the abuse got even worse when Daniel began to hit her for being so "messed up in the head". Lilly grew determined to start her life over in Oceanside, only miles from the beach in a small and modest foreclosed home. While she was working at the diner one evening, she encountered a pair of brother's. They were unlike anything she'd ever encountered. Although she didn't know it yet, they were about to become a major part of her life. The question is, will Lilly accept them for the role they will play?
