Dropped unceremoniously in a dark valley, Half submerged in the lake it calls home and Crammed between the trees of its far-reaching woodland lays the long-forgotten lakeside community of Briarwood, England. Horrifying things are commonplace in Briarwood but someone new has arrived and has begun taking statements from the secluded town's unlucky residents. who are they? what do they want? Read the briarwood chronicles to find out!
The Briarwood Chronicles is a Community Writing Project in the style of short horror/ creepy stories, written by me while all characters and locations come from YOU. The Briarwood Chronicles is set in a rural town in the early 2000s where the lines between nightmare and reality aren't so clear.
Help me Explore and expand this rural west midland Town in this horror writing project. Comment your name, general appearance, and what fears/ phobias you'd like me to include (as well as any other key info) and you too will become a resident of this little hidden world. Each character will get a chapter long short story (with accompanying horror creature/nightmare) that will all intertwine into the overarching storyline. Each chapter will be written specifically for you :)

What lengths would you go to in order to achieve your dreams? Spencer has always seen the world through numbers. While they watch those in negative numbers strive for positives and those in the positives risk everything to stay in the positives, they long for the simplest of numbers: Zero. At Zero, they will experience true tranquility and feel at peace with themself. To help reach as close to Zero as possible, Spencer writes books, novelettes, poetry and more. The events and themes within my pages have meaning, depth, truth-and most of all, reality. You are about to be taken on an adventure about a girl who's life is not like everybody else's. Will You Still Look at me Again?
Our main character, Romero Porcupine, decided that a change of scenery would be a nice decision for himself, after he had experienced a traumatizing event in his life. So, he decided to go and live in a nice, quiet town. It is said to be amazing. The townsfolk are supposedly nice. The scenery is amazing. There does seem to be a little bit of noise at night, but that is normal. Right? I mean, who would not love to live next to the woods in a town that has a "Wolf Problem," whatever that means, AM I RIGHT??? No but seriously, he is a bit concerned for his well-being, and along with trying to keep his past and his job a secret from the town, he is trying to figure out how to process some new... information... he gets about the world he lives in. But, just maybe, he can find someone in this town to confide in? Someone who seems like he can trust. Enjoy (Side note: I know I don't usually post this type of stuff, as this is supposed to be SMUT.
