I bit my lip. I didn't know what to say.

That was about as close as anyone could get to seeing what Chase Summers and Emma Steele, The Geek & The Pretty Girl had in common.
Emma is a senior at Orange County High School and her life revolves around her reputation. She is well-liked, admired, and has a voice that makes people listen to her. At least, that was what her life was until her parents sat her down over dinner to announce her childhood best friend was moving to the OC. It was great news at first, but things quickly went downhill when Emma noticed her childhood friend had evolved into a full fledged geek.
As if her troubles from school weren't enough, someone else is determined to make Emma's life hell. Add that to her growing feelings for Chase and you get one big mess in the senior year of high school.
