Ted Kord is a scientist and the former protégé of Dan Garrett. Dan Garrett was the first Blue Beetle but died under mysterious circumstances. He left the moniker of the Blue Beetle to Ted Kord but he never took up the mantel. However Maxwell Lord is looking for the third of the three relics he has. Can Ted Kord stop him with a little help.
