Every decision has a consequence. Andrew King is a veteran who post enlistment has dedicated his life to ensuring the mental wellness of others. When he meets Leon, committed into a psychiatric facility he ends up in a situation he never saw coming. A story of an unlikely friendship between two strangers, Andrew is left asking himself did he really escape in one piece all those years ago or did he leave a man behind? The book highlights a number of issues in today's society around mental heath stigma and the pressures that surround men in general that isn't just limited to veterans. Written based on the real life accounts from my Invisible War Series. Contains scenes that may be distressing and/or triggering to some people. Triggers: Suicide, Combat, Drugs, Self-Harm and PTSD

Have you ever seen your life flash before your eyes? Seen all the good memories with you and your friends and loved ones just pass in a few split seconds before the moment comes where you know you'll die? Where you determine if it's going to be a quick or slow and painful death? Well then, same. I risk my life on a daily bases saving others, strangers, kids, families, anyone my team and I can help ranging from terrorist attacks to bombs to pretty much anything. The training that I received a few years ago allows me to do that, it allows me to be the best person that I can be, if I could go back to the day I joined the military I wouldn't change a single thing; the only thing I would've changed in my journey is to have looked after her better. To have kept her safe. But life had other plans with both of us... ***** All ideas in this book are thought of by me. Nothing has been based of another book. If something is the same as another's, it purely coincidental. *Don't copy from my book *Don't report my book because of a few violent scenes *My book is copyrighted.
