Fade /fād/ gradually grow faint or disappear - "hopes of peace had faded" Annalise Griffin had been raised by a nurse present for her birth until the age of 12, when she was put into the skybox. She had been considered the "less desirable twin" by her mother, and a danger to society by the guards. This, of course, only fueled Annalises's need to be free. After being considered expendable, Annalise was sent down to earth with the rest of the delinquents. She made friends, enemies, and an impact on the ground life. But as time passed, Annalise's hope for a better future began to fade. The constant battles for survival, the betrayals, and the loss of loved ones took a toll on her. She began to feel like they were never going to make it, that they were all just waiting for their inevitable deaths. Maybe she just needs the sun to shine on her again and bring the light back into her life. Maybe she will find the light in her best friend's brother.

REWRITTEN. 'We will fall, but we will get back up again.' --- It's been ninty-seven years since a nuclear apocalypse killed everyone one earth, leaving the planet simmering in radiation. Fortunately, there were survivors at the time of the bombs. There is now only the Ark, one station forged from the many. They were told the Earth needed another hundred years to become survivable again and man could come home, back to the ground. On the Ark, every crime, no matter how small, is punishable by death-- unless you're under eighteen, which was in the favor of the seventeen year old Scarlett Griffin, who was locked up for committing an unforgivable crime. When she get sent to Earth with ninety-nine other criminals, she's finally able to see her sister and old friends once again. Along the many new faces she meets, one caught her eyes rather quickly and she could feel herself slowly fall for him. --- ! - Swearing, lots of sarcasm, blood and Bellamy Blake. The 100.
