in Skye Labs, a sixteen year old boy; Jackson White has accidentally locked himself in the thermalfrost chamber but survived and out of control on his new powers, ice and snow, or controlling the weather.
Four years later, Jack already 20 years old, he is getting used with his powers and he left his old life with a different identity; Jack Frost. He made a choice to be superhero and helping people who needs his help by called himself 'Snowstorm' with his new partner, 'Snow Queen'.
The new arrival villain, Pitch Black as known The Nightmare King. He has various shadow powers and darkness. He wants to using it to discovers his nightmares in the city and to defeat Snowstorm once he knew him.
