Berserk: The way of the Scarlet Dragon

Washing upon the shores of the Midlands as the world was cast headfirst into the Dark Ages, a lone girl shy of the woes of adolescence lay unconscious not too far from the shore. Having no idea how she came to be where she was nor where she had come from, the nameless child was aided by none other than Skull Knight to the guide young lady to an old friend of his to help strengthen her up against the ebb and flow of causality once he realized she too had been branded with the sigil of Sacrifice. With the help of Mistress Flora, the young woman was given a second chance at life; a new identity in a foreign land to help lessen the constant burden of nihilism and existentialism plagued this young woman's mind as to what had transpired in her past. Aria Penndragon. Though the origins of how this came to be will be discovered soon enough should time and her struggle to live allow it. This tale is a journey about a young woman rediscovering her origins and where her beliefs stand as she is guided to join the Black Swordsman's tribe of misfits, slaying demons and apostles one at a time, ever slowly encroaching on the god hands that be. Under the bizarrely favorable eye of the God Hand Slan, the entity seems to have taken a keen interest in Aria's progress as time passes.

Warning: Themes of body gore, blood, death and extreme physical and sexual violence are heavy themes in this story. If you're not familiar with Berserk or have a weak stomach, DONT READ THIS!!
