This story takes place in MCU, just the spiderman is older and is a student of Midtown college of human science 3rd year.
Spiderman is played by Andrew Garfield and the events of far from home never occurred. He is working as a friendly neighborhood spiderman and has no contact with Avengers except Happy who is always a helping friend for him with technology, emotional support and what not.
Peter is not happy in his life until he once again meets clint barton and his new student.
