Fate is a game that many people are playing. They set events off, like a line of dominoes, hoping the fall leads to their desired outcome. But this is not a story about the players, not really. It's about the pieces in the game. The world is brimming with tension, mystery and adventure. Terrible and beautiful, and a threat to everything that is not human.
