Under the palm tree ( ON HOLD)

This summer was a change. I usually play pool with my brothers in the basement or read cheesy books and watch cliché love stories. Maybe I'm an addict but who cares anyway. This summer was totally different. My parents got a job meeting in California, LA. So guess what! We're going to move there for the summer in my parents' beach house. Clearly I haven't thought or even wanted to meet new people. All I wanted to do was just to lock myself in my awesome new bedroom with stacks of books waiting for me to read them but fate says otherwise.

My mother wanted me to socialize even more. I mean texting is actually socializing through a device we call phone. So mom, no need to worry about me not socializing I got a lot of books to talk to me and cheesy movies to accompany me all way through the summer but she as a mother has control over me.
