The story starts when Ammi arrives in Lucknow (jab maine story shuru ki thi us vaqt nhi enter ki thi show mein ) and Karishma gets worried about how to tell her the truth

After that the story continues with the show except a few changes and the story is totally different from the show after Haseena regains her memory
