Hope Mikaelson and Josie Saltzman attend the Salvatore school together. The two of them are best friends. They become closer after Landon dies to save the world from malivore. Hope soon finds out big (unexpected) news that will impact her life. After everyone learns the news, Josie and her twin sister Lizzie are there to comfort Hope. Hope and Josie's friendship starts to grow into something more.
