The city was busy as always, filled with lights and loud noises. Humans continued going to their own way, in and out the buildings and down the road. Chatter and laughter can be heard during this evening hour. No one could notice the change of the wind and its low, harmonious howl. A howl that almost sounds like a warning call of danger. No one could realize the shadows that crawled in the areas, away from those blinding lights. Those with smiles never, or at least yet, saw the darkness that lingers in the corners of their dear city. 

The night continues but unbeknownst to them, one watches from afar.
