But what happens when he saves the life of the number one hero Dream and the number one villain the blade from dying and now they both want him on there side even his best friends who are two of the most famous vigilantes in L'manburg wants to have him on there side.

In a world filled with superhumans, the powerless charlie cycle struggles to keep his life together. It only gets worse when on his way home hes pulled into a choke hold and shot. But instead of dying, his life was saved by the sentient living slime who holds a few.... secrets. When charlie finds out about said gooper, The slime gives the excuse that, they cant leave Charlie's body yet, since, he still isnt fully healed from the bullet wound. Being to tired to argue, he puts up with the slime for the next few months. In which time, the slime was able to convince him to go out for one night as a vigilante, just to try it :) unfortunately, that one night led to a run in with the most dangerous villains in the city, the syndicate. Causing him to get roped into the syndicates plan to take over the government. Although things only get worse when he finds out the syndicates number one target, is his childhood best friend jschlatt, who charlie lost contact with once he got into the presidency. Things only get worse and worse over time as he gets more and more involved with this anarchist scheme. Chaos ensues Along with....other, plots of revenge. As each day unfurls, he realizes there's a lot more than rainfall soaked into the soil. When he's given the opportunity to rise against his new oppressor in the foreign island with the promise of a new land of his own, he takes it. It's up to him to rewrite these strangers future, or else the inks stains of another timeline will bleed over the pages till nothing is left. Even if it means forgetting who he is with each sacrifice. To Karl, it's worth it, if he can keep everyone safe and from turning into someone they're not. Especially Quackity. They cannot even know the names of each other, their faces disguised by their magical jewels. Dream is a flirty, cocky and impulsive hero with a sword and a smirk, never failing to cast witty and flirty remarks at his partner. GNotFound is clever and calculated, and can't stand being near the flirty masked hero. Exams, friend groups, crushes, fights and prom should be their main stressors. But George and Clay barely have time to sleep, let alone focus on anything else. None of that stops George from crushing hard on his classmate, but Clay's heart seems to be somewhere else. Perhaps with a certain masked hero he secretly spends nearly every day with. Neither can escape the responsibilities on their shoulders, and they can't tell anyone their problems.
