The big day

"She was standing there all along but of corse, no one saw me in the corner of the room." Hugo said to himself with pity in his voice.

Hugo Nadal is a straight A student but a full time jock. He always has to keep a secret about his grades. A thirteen year old on the varsity team. He is always torn to not sit by his friends at lunch.

In a few days there is a school dance, but he doesn't have a date so Hugo might not go if he can't get a date.

The next day there was a big game against the school's worst enemy. He had to go to the game, or coach wouldn't keep Hugo on the team. Hugo didn't have time to find a date.

It is game day morning, Hugo is pumped for the game against the Law Breakers but a little disappointed.
"Maybe I could get a cheerleader to go" he thought to himself.

It's very intense. The crowd is going crazy for Hugo. He has the ball and shoots, then scores!! They won against the enemy finally.
After the game Hugo gets a Paper and writes numbers ,but to who?
