"B-but it w-was so...I-I s-saw it!" I say hysterically. My heart is beating so fast I'm gasping for breath. I'm shaking so bad my Legs were about to give out under me, my hands are sweaty and my throat was so dry that when I swallow my throat hurts. "No, you don't need to be afraid. I promise you it won't happen. I'll be careful too," he says calmly.
He tries to calm me down, but it doesn't. He gets closer to me. We look deeply into each other's eyes and I feel his breath on my face. "I-i want you to g-go now!" But he doesn't go, he just keeps looking at me.
I feel embarrassed as it was very quiet in the room and I hear the sound of inhaling and exhaling, which must be coming from me as I'm still gasping for breath.
"W-why should I t-trust y...?" Before I can even finish the question, his lips are on mine.

As a child you always fear the monster under your bed or in your closet. Maybe you watched a scary movie or were told a horror story to make you believe something was under there.
