Avatar - Me and the Devil.
I wasn't special, I wasn't a marine or a scientist sent here from earth to study Pandora, I was a behaviorist-some say behaviorists are scientists too; but the brain isn't made up of mathematics and hope, it's like the roots of trees. Forever speaking but unheard. I study people's brains and their behavior. I don't look at it with hope and faith. I'm nothing special, not really. When I was accepted to help with Project Pandora, I was exhilarated. This was my big break, something to get me out there. I never expected for it to spiral into my life unprofessionally-become personal, emotional. That I would have to fight in a war between man and alien, choose between my own people and a clan of beings that accepted me-welcomed me, trained and made me one of them. This wasn't supposed to become personal, but it did.Complete![Late in the 4am hour [Player x Reader]](https://img.wattpad.com/cover/322852457-256-k183331.jpg)

Deep Like Water (Yandere!BEN Drowned X GN!Reader)
You never expected your parents to abandon you at the age of sixteen, and if it wasn't for the man your parents took in when you were ten, you would have been completely alone. Even after a year, you still half-expected them to come back. Your seventeenth birthday came and went with only two people to celebrate it, and you weren't related to either of them. Then came your eighteenth with the same two people. Your hobbies carried you through the loneliness that you found yourself in-although, your guardian told you again and again that ghost hunting wasn't a hobby. When a string of murders ravaged your town, your interest in both the paranormal and technology came in handy. If it wasn't for you, the case would never have been solved, and you never would have brought someone back from the dead, even if he did torture you with his embarrassingly truthful compliments and flirtatious lines. (this is a work of fiction. all the Pastas belong to their original creators. they are not real, nor am i saying that they are. the only thing i own is the plot and any OCs. please do not re-write my work. this is not a romanticisation.)Complete

Terrans are not the strongest species in the universe. They are not the fastest species. They are most definitely not the smartest. But Terrans are the loneliest, willing to befriend anything that moves and several things that don't. After humanity nearly made themselves extinct with a "Terran brand oopsie"™, trillions of Terrans awaken from stasis and set themselves upon a Galaxy teeming with alien life, each writing their own story among the stars. Stories of compassion, of anger, of revenge, of justice. Stories of the clever and stories of the downright stupid. But mostly the story of Terrans looking for the one thing that all beings desire: Friendship amongst a lonely universe.
