Lockey smiths life was picture perfect. He was the best quarterback in his football team, he had the hottest girl to call his girlfriend and had everyone's attention without effort.

But that was all just a facade.

On the inside he was suffering.

Ever since his dad walked out on him and his mother died after a few years of marriage to his step dad, his life had taken a turn for the worse. Forced to tolerate the brutal abuse by his alcoholic step-dad, life is a daily challenge for him.

Being a mastermind at updating this facade and keeping his homelife as far away from his school life, his feathers are surely ruffled at the appearance of his new Maths teacher. Threatening the only life his has control over, what is he to do but fight back. Fighting for control may be easy...fighting against attraction may not.
