Suburbia is a science fiction fantasy novel about a young man named Joseph who has a chance encounter with an alien. Areus, as he announces himself, was bred in the bowls of another reality and is unhealthily infatuated with the human Joseph. Areus is a narcissistic, pessimistic, nihilistic, and overall shady individual who Joseph wants nothing to do with. Deep down however, Joseph knows that he is a deeply depressed and aimless B average college student who is going through the motions of life with no purpose and no resolve. As much as he hates Areus, he has to decide weather he will play his dirty and possibly dangerous games for humanities sake, or come to the conclusion that his boring and predictable life might have more meaning than he once thought. Suburbia has political, religious, and historical references as well as illusions to literature and pop culture. Suburbia is a coming of age story of a pressed young man who is swept off Earth and prematurely forced to battle his culturally and biologically conditioned fears and prejudices, because at the end of the day, none of us are ever prepared for life in Suburbia.
Disclaimer~ I do not own the story cover, as I have not found an appropriate artist to commission. this was simply a quick google search result. For story purposes, it is well to note that Areus is thinner and has a more gaunt and haggard face. He has no redeeming physical qualities which make him look approachable or honorable in any way.
Season 4 of The Virus Within
Trinity is familiar with zombies, being one herself, but when strange zombies start appearing, she realizes that the world she knew might be changing yet again.
When a dangerous set of scientific notes are discovered, Trinity and her friends don't realize anything is wrong until a frantic radio call comes in. Unaware of the notes, they race to the south and struggle to determine where the strange zombies came from. The zombies are unlike any ranks previously seen, and they aren't as predictable. Some have new tricks hidden up sleeves, forcing any Stronghold they encounter to quickly adapt to the new challenge or risk being overrun. Secrets never remain hidden, and zombie apocalypses never make life easy.
