Darkness Ensures

In an alternate timeline, as the Earth's population continues to grow, humans began to heavily research Antarctica in an attempt to colonize it. The only problem? Making it livable. An environmental engineer, named George Nichols, focuses on working through the dark months of Antarctica studying it's affect on humans. But everyone knows, scary stuff happens in the dark.
