POV: You officially meet the Avengers after being recruited as their head nurse in the critical unit. Steve is in a relationship with Peggy. But you and Steve have gotten to know one another from the restaurant you waitress. You were immediately attracted to him, who wouldn't be he's Captain America. He would come in pretty frequently and always ordered the same thing, Cheeseburger and fries. On hard days he would only order a cup of hot cocoa. He said that his mom used to make him a cup whenever he had a bad day and it always made him feel better. It was a grown comfort for him. Every time you tried to cheer him up you would unintentionally blurt out analogies which usually made him laugh. You tried hard not to catch feelings for him knowing he is involved with Peggy, but it was difficult when you would see him multiple times a week and now, you're about to see more of him working as part of the team.
This story will include some smut so 18+ only
