Freya already has a kid who Keelin meets when he ends up in her ER after an accident at school. 
Hope lives at the Salvator school but it isn't a supernatural school and Freya lives  in town to be close to hope knowing how hard it is for hope after the lose of her mother father and uncle Elijah
