Monarch has created an akuma that caused massive infection to most of Paris and it's now turned into a dead city. With him locked away and all the miraculous has been claimed back, the heroes have to fight to survive.

Imagine a world in which Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste start dating, but still without knowing each other's alter egos as Ladybug and Cat Noir. When a car crash and the mysterious appearance of a new student split the two further apart, will Marinette lose Adrien, will Cat Noir lose Ladybug, forever?

What happened before Co-Pilot? Well, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste, a.k.a. Ladybug and Chat Noir, are the top two agents working for a French secret service known as Miraculous. An organization designed to handle the most convoluted missions, it would take a miracle to solve them. Which for years had been dealing with mission "Akuma". After several months of working separately, the two agents are brought back together and forced to partner up. They have little choice, as they are quickly sent back out into the field. A murderess has recently escaped prison in London with help from Hawkmoth, in exchange for a cover up operation. It's up to them to successfully make the interception and recapture the deviant woman. The challenge is their possibly fatal attraction.

Everyone in Paris remembers the fateful night of January 16, when the city was attacked by the most powerful and destructive akuma ever created. The assault, which lasted for hours, resulted in the death of 439 people. Marinette Dupain-Cheng was among the casualties. Years later, Adrien hasn't been able to move on, haunted by the memories of her broken body. So, when the opportunity to leave Paris for a while presents itself, he doesn't hesitate. But this trip might end up giving him more than he ever dreamt of.

When Marinette gets hit by a car while crossing the street on her way to school, she ends up losing all of her memories of who she was - including Ladybug. She's scared and lost, and everyone is a stranger. Just when she starts to get to know Chat Noir and to understand herself as Ladybug, her memories vanish again. And again. Adrien Agreste feels like he's not good enough for his father and it leaves him feeling depressed and overworked with photoshooting and commercial ads. Cat Noir feels like he's being neglected by his lady. When its too much for him, he gets akumatized into Lone Wolf.
